Excavation & removal
Excavation with dust control and worker protection, by OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER crews.
Transport & disposal
Characterized, manifested and hauled with DOT-certified hazmat transport to approved facilities.
Confirmation sampling
Post-excavation samples verify the remaining soil meets cleanup standards.
Backfill & restoration
Clean backfill and regrading so the site is ready for use or construction.

What kinds of soil contamination do you handle?
Petroleum (fuel and oil), chemical and heavy metal contamination at commercial, industrial, utility and residential sites across California.
How do you know how much soil has to come out?
Sampling and lab analysis define the extent of contamination before excavation, and confirmation sampling afterward shows the remaining soil meets cleanup standards.
Do you handle transport and disposal?
Yes. Contaminated soil is characterized, manifested and transported with DOT-certified hazmat transport to an approved disposal facility, with records for your file.
Do you backfill and restore the site?
Yes. After confirmation sampling, the excavation is backfilled with clean material and regraded so the site is usable again.
Where do you work?
Alliance is based in Chico and works throughout California.
